We’re hiring founding Account Executives to join the Glow Labs go-to-market team. Our AEs are fast learners, have a track record of closing business and have curiosity and passion for the cryptocurrency space.

Our founding Account Executives are building a book of business from scratch, generating their own pipeline, and moving deals to close. They have a history of B2B SaaS sales experience and have a strong understanding of web3.

What you’ll do as an account executive

• Build a book of business from scratch — taking on a territory and ideal customer profile and creating a sustainable pipeline.
• Operationalize sales motion for the rest of the organization — create scale and programs.
• Source new prospects that fit Glow Labs qualification criteria.
• Manage CRM database with all data points, meeting notes, etc.
• Establish and run partner account planning meetings.
• Propose creative applications for the partnership.
• Manage new client onboarding.
• Take ownership of post-close management and success.
• Be the communication channel between users and our internal teams by providing key findings and feedback.
