What you’ll do as customer success manager
- Collect, track and analyze customer feedback to gain a deep understanding of the needs of the customer
- Create and manage support docs or knowledge base that educate users on how to use Glow Labs and troubleshoot errors
- Own customer relationships to ensure they are getting the most out of Glow Labs features form onboarding to renewal or upgrade and beyond
- Manage communications of new feature releases and bug fixes
- Design processes for internal and external teams to flag issues and get them resolved, manage ticketing and escalation
To thrive in this position
- Executor and independent driver and self-motivated
- 3+ years in a customer success role at a SaaS organization
- Excellent verbal communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to make assumptions and design processes
- Extremely organized and structured
- You have deep knowledge of web3, crypto communities, and knowledge of traditional loyalty rewards products.
